Who am I?
I am an artist in my urge for creation and innovation.
Businessman in my need for structure and progress.
Humanist in my view of human nature.
Holistic in my view on life.
And then I have several years of professional experience in teaching and coaching groups and individual clients in overcoming barriers and pursuing their goals and dreams. My mission as a coach and teacher is to help people lift their energy, reclaim their power and live a passionate life of integrity.
What makes me unique?
I act upon my visions and dreams and have always done so. This has resulted in exhibitions, extravagant events, my own ayurveda school in Sri Lanka, a successful coaching company and an upcoming book.
As a supplement to my coaching I offer yoga classes. Due to my yoga background I am trained in guiding meditations and visualizations. Further more yoga is a powerfull tool for strengthening focus and presence.
